Premium Materials and Preparation
- Top-Quality Carpets: We use a thicker, more durable carpet alternative that outlasts the standard 4-way stretch carpet. Our carpets are tightly packed with fibers, providing a superior glueing surface and ensuring longevity without fraying or fluffing.
- CNC-Cut Plywood Panels: Our process begins with replacing factory panels with our custom CNC-cut plywood panels, which offer better strength and adhesive bonding. These panels are made from the safest plywood on the market, free from dangerous chemicals.
- Thorough Preparation: Before we start, we remove all interior parts, such as seats, floor mats, and seat belts, ensuring a thorough and clean line-out. Windows and the cab area are protected, and painted surfaces are cleaned and prepped for optimal adhesion.
Superior Craftsmanship
- Seamless Finish: The entire side of the van is carpeted in one piece, creating a smooth, professional finish without visible seams or screws. Carpeting extends under door and window rubbers, and we provide carpeted window surrounds for a factory-finished look.
- High-Temperature Glue: We use professional equipment to apply high-temperature glue, ensuring a strong and lasting bond. Our adhesives are non-carcinogenic, prioritizing the safety of both our workforce and customers.
- One-Piece Roofs: Our in-house manufactured roofs are filled, smoothed, and leveled before applying Alcantara-styled fabric for a classy finish. Optional lighting adds ambiance to your van's interior.
Insulation and Safety
- Dacron Insulation: We use Dacron insulation that meets fire and safety regulations, promoting optimal air circulation for effective thermal performance. A silver foil bubble is applied to the roof to reflect heat, aiding in maintaining a comfortable temperature inside the van.
- Soundproofing: While our insulation helps with soundproofing, we recommend a sound-deadening process for the best results.
